- Availability Enquiry
- Provide details for event
- Confirm booking with 50% deposit
- Cash deposit for damages of 1000.00 (refundable)
- Sign Terms and conditions
- Make final payment 7 days before function

- No Alcohol/ Beverages brought from outside, we have a bar upstairs.*
- Cash Deposit of 1000.00 for damages refundable
- 50% deposit on booking of function
- Next 50% 7 days before function
- Strictly number of people booked for function. Extra will be charged per head
* Willows Lodge reserves the right to ask guest to leave and remove their belongings without a refund if any guest is found with their own beverages and alcohol on the premises.

0 – 50 people = 5000.00
50 – 100 people = 7000.00
100 – 150 people = 9000.00
5 hours day
Option 2
2:00pm – 8:00pm
0 – 50 people = 5500.00
50 – 100 people = 8000.00
100 – 150 people = 10000.00
5 hours evening
Option 3
2:00pm – 11:00pm
0 – 50 people = 7000.00
50 – 100 people = 9000.00
100 – 150 people = 11000.00
9 hours night
We are able to cater for 20 pax Indoors ; 50 – 150 Outdoors
Bar facilities with poolside seating are available.

Includes 3 meats, salad, gravy with mash potato or pap (price on enquiry).

Self Catering Option ~ You are welcome to do your own catering for meals as long as beverages and alcohol are purchased from the bar.
