Deposit and Check In/Out Times

• A 50% deposit on bookings is required and the balance paid on arrival.
  (You are most welcome to pay the full amount, if you so wish, before arrival.)
• It is our policy to charge 100% cancellation fee for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice.
• Check in time is 14H00 and check out time is 10H00. For late arrivals, the keys will be with security at the gate.
• Should you not vacate the chalets by 10H00 a surcharge per hour for every hour thereafter will be made.
• Breakages in the chalets will be for your account.

Payment

You may pay with cash or credit card. **Please note we do not accept Diners or American Express cards.

We request that you settle your account on arrival, especially if taking the self-catering option. The office is open in the mornings and in the afternoon.

Cancellation Fee

Due to many cancellations at short notice and “no shows”, we have regrettably been forced to apply a cancellation fee. It is our policy to charge 100% cancellation fee for cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice. Please note that this also applies to guests booked in for 2 or 3 nights who do not give 24 hours notice for the last night. We realize that this is sometimes out of your control and will gladly refund you your money if we are still able to fill the room. Your co-operation on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
